KEU P.E.I

Canada

On the wild coast of Prince Edward Island, where the wind sculpts the landscape and the sea sets the rhythm, KEU P.E.I. takes its place.
A contemporary escape that defies the climate and redefines the relationship between architecture and innovation.
Designed to endure, to contemplate, and to coexist with the untamed.

This project is born from the vision of Mack Sihab, a design and technology enthusiast, who chose a fully exposed seaside plot to install his KEU unit.

From the outset, the project faced extreme conditions: constant winds, harsh weather, and demanding electrical regulations. The installation was carried out with direct technical support from Europe, through a series of on-site visits that ensured not only precise assembly but also in-person after-sales service under challenging conditions. The home rests on a reinforced platform designed to withstand wind loads and coastal salinity. Its orientation is optimized to capture ocean views without compromising thermal efficiency, while the envelope is adapted with enhanced insulation and weather-resistant finishes.
