Last February our company projected taking a step forward and exhibiting in one of the largest national fairs in its sector. At the caravanning event in the Spanish city of Alicante, we had the pleasure of being able to exhibit our new smart home model and show it to the world.
On this occasion we decided to integrate into a caravan and motor home fair, because we are testing how to fit a Smart home into the market ¨which has not been easy¨ we have to say, that we are brave and we have created a product with the heart that it has seemed to us and to the public something fascinating, but that in the first stage of the project that the public, in addition to liking it, accepts it and trusts the project has been something very satisfactory for us, but at the same time, complex .
In said contest, we receive daily visits from people impacted by saying, I have a piece of land but I did not know about this possibility and the usual doubts begin that we have already resolved at a national and international level:
Our homes can be installed under license and in compliance with the CTE for buildings in Spain.
The transport will be carried out in a truck with a platform and it will be unloaded with a crane on the plot where it is to be implanted.
A myth has been created about self-sufficiency that we are going to uncover, for a conventional single-family home consumption, electrical appliances such as air conditioning, ceramic hob, oven, thermos and others are required. All this taking into account that the houses outside have garden pumps or pool motors. For this installation it is best to have electricity and water supply. In case of not being able to opt for supply, a photovoltaic kit can be installed, but it is not something cheap if you want to be able to live in optimal conditions of comfort.
Many people come with doubts about financing, in the case of Keu, when working abroad, we do not offer internal financing, since our homes are manufactured inside our facilities, we do not offer that service.
The contest was book with the closing of a project of 6 homes in the south of Spain that is currently being developed.
