The project is born from the vision of Hansel and Renato, two owners with a deep sensitivity for construction quality and detail.
For years, they held onto a seaside plot, even coming close to selling it due to the challenges of building in Puerto Rico and the lack of solutions that could guarantee a result aligned with their expectations. In KEU they found the answer: a system that allowed them to build without compromising design, with full control over the process, defined timelines, and a superior level of finishes.
The layout was resolved with two KEU units connected by a central deck, which acts not only as a linking element but as the heart of the entire composition. This outdoor space orchestrates the relationship between the homes and their surroundings, enhancing outdoor living and reinforcing the idea of a contemporary coastal refuge.
