Access was a challenge: everything had to be created from scratch, respecting the logic of the land and the fragility of the coastal ecosystem. The home is born from the vision of a Puerto Rican traveler deeply connected to his homeland, who together with KEU designed a refuge that blends into its surroundings without altering their essence. The structure is set on a minimal elevated platform, protecting native vegetation and allowing air to flow freely beneath. Orientation is guided by light and breeze, creating a living experience that favors contemplation and the unhurried rhythm of the place.
