KEU IBIZA

Spain

On one of Ibiza’s most serene and hidden hills, two KEU Family units rise above the landscape, open to the Mediterranean.
There is no signal. No direct path. Only presence.
An architecture not meant to be seen, but to be felt.

KEU Ibiza was born from a shared obsession between a Swiss collector and a design team who understood that, on an island saturated with stimuli, what is truly valuable is absence — of noise, of excess, of spectacle.

The project is set on a hillside completely open to the sea, with no prior intervention or infrastructure. Two KEU Family units are positioned on different levels, respecting the natural slope and creating a composition that merges with the horizon. The modular structure adapts to the terrain without altering it, and every element has been treated as if it were part of a yacht: extreme precision, noble materials, and a reverence for emptiness as an emotional space.

The exterior envelope reflects the tones of the sunset, while the frameless glass disappears into the horizon, erasing the boundaries between interior and landscape. The design favors contemplation: open spaces, fluid circulation, silent textures. The home is conceived for those who seek to disconnect from time, to sleep with the windows open to the sea and wake up not knowing whether it is Tuesday or Sunday. KEU Ibiza is neither a house nor a holiday retreat: it is a work of emotional architecture, a singular piece that transforms the mountain into atmosphere and silence into luxury.
